We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to join our Sales team in Philippines, reporting to the Senior Manager, Channel Solutions Architect – APJ. In this role, you will provide pre-sales consultation, solution advice, and hands-on assistance to our partners and customers. You will support our business across Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand, ensuring that we address business challenges with effective and innovative solutions. What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Channel and Sales teams on high-touch pre-sales technical activities
- Qualify opportunities and PoV evaluation with end-user accounts and partners
- Understand the customer’s business drivers and map these to Infoblox solutions
- Design solutions and create an architectural diagram that conveys proposed Infoblox solutions, how they will be engineered, and how they integrate with other vendors
- Build business cases and demonstrate technical differentiation in sales opportunities by educating customers and partners about Infoblox solutions
- Help train distributors and partners to position, sell, and conduct PoC of Infoblox solution
- Develop pre-sales engineering content, including presentations, demos, and webinars, on Infoblox solutions for customer and partner audiences
- Establish technical relationships, building partner awareness, preference, and competency for Infoblox across technical partner personas
- Drive partner awareness and enablement around joint solution offerings, sales plays, and go-to-market (GTM) campaigns requiring technical evangelism
- Drive Infoblox Solutions adoption, deliver enablement, replicate best practices, and demonstrate Infoblox Solutions to partner technical personas and augment technical account team leads as and when it will help us establish a beach-head win for the alliance
- Work in conjunction with the Sales teams to achieve and aim to exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets and related Sales Engineering KPIs
- Deliver and promote enablement pathways to partners that will ultimately enable them to establish Infoblox solutions, sales, and implementation competencies
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in technical sales or presales in IT security and networking
- Solid knowledge of cloud, virtualization, SD-WAN, network security, threat intelligence solutions, and landscape
- Understanding of TCP IP stack and networking principles
- Public Cloud experience with certification
- Ability to uncover business challenges, recommend solutions, and create solutions to creatively address customer value chain and business requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Engaged, positive attitude with the ability to prioritize in demanding environments
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Travel throughout the region will be required
What success looks like:
After six months, you will…
- Have in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and services used to develop technical strategy
- Identify the right solution to meet the customer’s goals by understanding the specifics of Infoblox solutions and selecting those that will address the customer’s needs and resolve pressing issues
- Be confident in delivering Proof of Concept (PoC), webinars and effectively communicating our value proposition
- Establish trusted relationships with our partners and customers
After about a year, you will…
- Act as an intermediary between technical and non-technical project stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are met throughout the process
- Translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa
- Integrate technical expertise with excellent leadership skills
- Evaluate and assess risks to mitigate them, eliminating factors that might hinder the successful delivery of the solution
